Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

REE Hub Wellness LLC services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using our website, app, or attending in person, you confirm that you meet this requirement and consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Membership Structure

• All memberships are structured as 3-month terms, billed monthly in advance.
• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual.
• Membership upgrades are permitted mid-term by paying the difference. Downgrades are not allowed during an active term.
• Guest passes are valid only during the active membership period and must be booked in advance.

3. Freezing & Cancellation

• Early cancellation requires a 10-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Members may freeze their membership once per 3-month term for up to 10 days, with a written request.
• Freezing is not available for RēAccess memberships under AED 2,000.

4. Booking, Attendance & Session Expiry

• Sessions can be booked online up to 14 days in advance.
• Late cancellations (within 4 hours) or no-shows may result in session deduction.
• All included sessions (PT, physio, classes) must be used within the contract period.
• Sessions do not roll over.
• Contrast Room access must be pre-booked. Time limits and punctuality must be respected due to capacity.
• REE Hub Wellness LLC reserves the right to cancel a class with less than 2 confirmed participants. In such cases, a minimum of 4 hours’ notice will be provided to impacted members.

5. Health, Safety & Risk Assumption

By participating in REE Hub Wellness LLC services (e.g., personal training, ice bath, sauna, physiotherapy), you agree that:

• You are participating voluntarily and accept all inherent risks, including minor injuries (bruises, sprains) to major or catastrophic events.
• You have no known medical condition that would prevent participation or have obtained medical clearance.
• You are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• REE Hub Wellness LLC may pause your access if a medical or safety concern arises.
• You agree to follow all posted signage, verbal instructions, and safety protocols.
• You waive all liability unless injury or damage is caused by proven gross negligence.

6. Personal Conduct & Behavior

REE Hub Wellness LLC is a shared wellness space. Members are expected to:

• Treat staff and fellow members respectfully.
• Use facilities responsibly and adhere to scheduled times.
• Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Breach of conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent membership termination without refund.

7. Refund Policy

• Memberships are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only in the case of:
  • Documented medical incapacity, or
  • Relocation outside the UAE

All decisions are at the discretion of REE Hub Wellness LLC management.

8. Personal Belongings

REE Hub Wellness LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers are provided for safekeeping.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, brand assets, signage, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of REE Hub Wellness LLC and may not be copied, published, or distributed without written consent.

10. Member Accounts & Responsibility

If you create an account through our app or portal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Take responsibility for any activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use immediately

REE Hub Wellness LLC reserves the right to suspend or disable any account that is misused or violates these Terms.

11. CCTV, Privacy & Data Use

• CCTV operates in select areas for your safety and ours.
• All personal data is stored and processed in accordance with UAE laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Data is used to deliver services, process transactions, and personalize your experience.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

12. Member Perks (All Tiers)

For All Members:

• 1x Complimentary wellness consultation (physio or PT screening) on signup
• 1x Free Rēvive or Sound Healing session during your birthday month
• AED 150 referral credit when a referred friend signs up
• Access to private workshops and member-only events

For RēProgram & RēAlign Members:

• Priority access to premium events (e.g., sound bath, contrast workshops)
• 1x InBody scan per term
• Towel & robe service included
• 48-hour early booking window

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
